Installation• Download Collection Pad to your android device from Google Play Store.B.
Registration• Open the application.
Enter the Bank ID of the bank for which the user is working for.• Enter the agent code with which the agent has registered with the bank, also enter the branch code of that particular bank.• Next, the user has to enter registered mobile number.• A 4 digit mPIN /pass code will be generated and sent to user’s registered mobilenumber.
On entering the mPIN the registration process will be completed.• Subsequent access to the application is done with the help of mPIN.
